Cheap CGI and Kaze, the ghost warrior

I actually hate the most of 3D(kind of animation) movies, but this doesn't apply for animated series, because I hate them all. Looking through CGI animation, they look good only if they put a lot of money in them. Like "Wall-e" (a wonderful film... Loved it), "9" and "Shrek". I know, Tv series don't have that amount of money, but still... Why the hell they would want to create crap? "The Penguins of Madagascar", "Tripping the rift" and that polar bear, I don't remember the title. They all have poor writing and very, VERY bad looking animation. Every character looks like some kind of a blob. "Tripping the rift" is by far the best series, but crappy animation plus often uses bad jokes... Ech!!!

Now I will talk about an indie, CGI animated, short action film named "Kaze, the ghost warrior". Yes, an independent film. I know they don't have money, but this is not an excuse... It's hard to dig this "gem" up, but in the long search I found it in a furry pornography pack... The biggest problem with this one... Well, this is an action movie!!! That means it has a lot of fighting scenes.. Every characters action is so damn slow and annoying. The characters looks stiff and clumsy. It is like watching those cut scenes from the first "Half life". Thank good it doesn't have much dialogs, because voice acting sucks too, the script and dialogs are just like they picked up from 10 year old boys kung-fu, samurai game. Sound effects... Well, when you hear them you won't believe in them.
And again the film is completely average, just a waste of time...

So why CGI??? Why don't you try to do something decent? I don't say that the quality in animation is the most important thing. Meaning and the plot maters the most, but if you don't have nothing there, at least put some good looking fighting scenes or the characters who won't annoy with their looks.
Cheap 2d animation > cheap 3d animation
